2. COMPOSITION/INFORMATION ON INGREDIENTS

Ready to use textile print paste to produce Devoré effects.

3. HAZARDS IDENTIFICATION

Most Important HazardsThe product causes burns to the skin and eyes if not removed immediately with copious amounts of water.
Specific HazardsCauses Burns.

4. FIRST-AID MEASURES

GeneralThe product causes burns to the skin and eyes if not removed immediately with copious amounts of water.                                             
Inhalation     If symptoms due to inhalation are observed, remove person to fresh air.
Skin ContactWash with plenty of water. Obtain medical attention if necessary.                   
Eye Contact Irrigate promptly with plenty of water for at least 15 minutes. Keep eyes wide open whilst rinsing. Obtain medical attention.
IngestionWash mouth out with plenty of water. Do not induce vomiting. Obtain medical attention immediately.  Show this safety data sheet to the Doctor in attendance.

5. FIRE FIGHTING MEASURES

Product is not considered a fire hazard.
Fire Extinguishing MediaSuitable: Water spray, Carbon Dioxide, dry powder, foam. Unsuitable: None.
Personal Protection Wear self-contained breathing apparatus. Wear protective clothing to prevent contact with skin and eyes.  

6. ACCIDENTAL RELEASE MEASURE

Personal Precautions        Wear impervious gloves, safety glasses or goggles and protective clothing.
Environmental Precautions  Avoid subsoil penetration.  Absorb material with sand or inert material. Avoid sources of ignition.                                                                                                                 
Cleaning Measures Absorb material with sand or inert material. Should spillage occur, care should be taken to prevent generation and breathing of aerosol mist or droplets.

7. HANDLING & STORAGE

Handling RequirementsProduct should be used in a well ventilated area.  Avoid eye and skin contact. Wear protective clothing i.e. apron, rubber gloves, goggles or safety glasses.
Storage ConditionsStore at temperature between 5°- 40°. Do not freeze. Keep container tightly closed and away from fire and sparks. Keep container closed and out of the reach of young children.   
Suitable PackagingKeep in original packaging.
Additional InformationAs with all chemicals handle in accordance with good standards of hygiene and safety practices.

10. STABILITY AND REACTIVITY

Conditions to Avoid     Stable under normal conditions. Avoid extremes of temperature.

Hazards Decomposition Products Stable under normal conditions. In common with most inorganic substances it will burn if involved in a fire and give off noxious fumes. When heated Sulphuric Acid is formed.

General  Use according to proper working procedures which minimise   waste. Large quantities should not be allowed to enter drains or surface waters. Due to the acidic nature of this product, dilute spillages with plenty of water.

Unused MaterialFor large quantities, dispose in accordance with local and national regulations regarding disposal. For small quantities, dilute with large amounts of water.
