Evolon can be coloured and stitched into.  Colourcraft Brusho Acrylic Shimmer and Mist Sprays , Colourcraft Procion Dyes, Colourcraft Adva Print 3d Medium, Pearl Medium Colourcraft Acrylics, Colourcraft Fabric Paints, Colourcraft Lustre Powders, Colourcraft Transfer Dyes and Transfer Paints are ideal for use with Evolon.
2. Evolon takes a hot iron well without distorting.

Printing Using Evolon And Transfer Dyes

1. Spray, paint or sponge disperse dyes onto paper, leave to dry then cut into triangles or any other shape required before transferring through baking parchment to the Evolon with a hot  iron. You can get 2 or 3 images from each piece, each slightly lighter then the other.
2. After printing free-machine your design.
3. Back with plain Evolon.

Additional Ideas

1. Block print Colourcraft Acrylic paint and Lustre Powders onto Evolon.
2. Apply Colourcraft 3D Medium to Evolon with a toothed scraper.  Add Procion dye.  Add sweeps of Colourcraft acrylic paint painted into the scrape marks.  Apply gold gilding wax to finish to highlight the surface texture.
3. Apply Colourcraft 3 D Medium to Evolon.  Add colour.  Add free machine embroidery in broad sweeps.  Distress with hot air gun.
