Description
A specially formulated clear binder for mixing with pearl powders (lustre powders) to convert them to a paint. Suitable for use on fabric, also paper, card etc. The binder dries clear and therefore, unlike other mediums, does not dull the sheen of the powders. Also ideal for use with our glitter crystals and heat resistant sequins.
