Description
A non woven, non fraying film pelmet vilene interlining with a leather look handle which is dimensionally stable and resilient. Create wonderful decorative effects – ideal for the outside covers of sketch books and other surfaces, creative handicrafts such as hats, belts, bags etc. Can be machine or hand sewn. Good recovery if folded. Washable up to 40°C.
